Responsibilities
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
  • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Set appointments with new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up calls with customers to ensure compliance
  • Manage a robust pipeline of hundreds of customers

Qualifications

  • Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in it's place and your time management skills are spot on
  • Relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Two years of telephone sales experience
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in it's place and your time management skills are spot on
  • Relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Detail-oriented
Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
