We are looking for someone who enjoys talking on the phone all day! This is a junior inside sales role with the potential to advance to senior where the bigger opportunity is with commissions and a six-figure income!

We are a RAPIDLY growing National Real Estate investment company that flips houses across the USA. We have a lot of leads in our CRM who need to be called, texted, and have voicemails left for. Once on the phone, your job is to build rapport, qualify, and from there it is transferred over to the closer to get the deal done.

This is an exciting role with a great company that values its employees. It is Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm in Scottsdale.  

It is an hourly position, with bonuses, along with cool perks such as yearly team retreats!   

We are looking for long-term team members that want to grow and advance for years to come -- not looking for short-term!

Must be in Arizona, or willing to relocate.

In office position initially with room to go remote down the track.
