We’re growing our mortgage company and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel as well as combing through our daily generated new leads lists to find some new clients to help us reach our ever-expanding goals. Compensation: $17/Hour + $250 Bonus per file (7-10 on average per month / agent)

Responsibilities
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
Compensation
$17 hourly+ $250 Bonus per file
