We are looking for a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, there will be an emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and the prime candidate requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. The Sales Representative will be reaching out to homeowners whom have expressed interest in selling their home. Representatives will take charge in reaching out to prospective sellers and creating a warm handoff of the potential client to one of our Acquisitions Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Sense of urgency in meeting personal & company goals
  • Strong abilities in qualifying potential prospects
  • Comfortability selling over the phone and able to handle rejection
  • Ability to establish a quick and friendly rapport with potential sellers
  • Strong follow-up ability

Qualifications

  • Extroverted personality, that is comfortable over the phone
  • Self-starter that is able to remain organized
  • Coachable, resilient, tenacious
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Prime candidates will be accustomed to making tips or commission

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000
