We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission. You will also have your own office – NOT a cubicle in a sweatshop! You MUST be based in Excelsior Springs, MO, and a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions). 

Responsibilities
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years of previous sales experience
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software

Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
