We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. This person must like problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risk-taking, independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This person must have a passion for sales. 


  • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners 
  • 100+ calls per day on warm leads. No cold calling
  • Convert leads to sales and contracts 
  • Database management of prospects
  • Analysis of investment opportunities
  • Attend business meetings and training as required
  • Daily reporting of sales activities
  • Maintain and exceed company quotas
  • Collaborate daily and establish new leads with the team


  • Track record of success in sales
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Strong writing and verbal communication
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to succeed
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
  • A resourceful team player with a positive attitude
  • Good attendance record
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for promoting culture and company values

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
