We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation: Starting at $45,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefit package

  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

  • Set appointments with qualified leads (at the C-Level) for outside sales staff so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Key Performance Metrics: calls made per day/week/month; appointments scheduled (where prospect shows up); the value of sales resulting from appointments scheduled

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills

  • Polished presentation skills

$45,000 plus bonus
