Inside Sales Representative for Law Firm - Remote
*This is work from home but must be based in Arizona
Future First Criminal Law is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, also known as a Client Services Manager to join our small, criminal defense team! We are a criminal law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and works directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help our clients.
Experience is required as this position comes with minimal training in the area of advanced sales techniques. An ideal candidate will already have experience in phone sales. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. An ideal candidate will value each lead who contacts the firm as this is likely the largest purchase some of our clients have ever made in their lives. This position is not burn-and-turn to get through as many leads in a day but instead focuses on follow-up and nurturing a handful of specific leads each day.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to be on the phone for a majority of the day and are expected to work for 40 hours per week. This is a work-from-home position. During the first 90 days of employment, the pay will be $15.00/hour, with opportunities for incentive-based compensation after that. A successful candidate will have an estimated yearly salary of over $50,000.
Working Conditions
If these statements appeal to you, then you may be our Client Services Manager:
We specialize in helping keep good people out of jail who are accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes. Our focus is in helping deserving clients who made a 5-minute mistake and don’t deserve to have their mistakes define who they are for the rest of their lives. We understand and appreciate the value of rehabilitation for our clients and ensure that they seek a fair and appropriate resolution to their cases. We work on every case with the goal of dismissing all charges through either legal dismissals or diversion alternatives. If not, we aim to reduce as many charges and negative consequences. Finally, we look to trial as a last resort after other options have been exercised.
You would be working along with a team of owners, attorneys, paralegal, legal assistants, and operations managers. Ability to adapt to new changes and business plans as the firm grows and increases profit is a critical attribute in a long-term candidate.
