Your role on the team will be to lead the conversation between the firm and potential new clients. The goal of this position is to meet with potential clients, hold discovery conversations, conduct follow-up conversations, and close new business. The focus of this job is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to take action so they can have a better life. You are truly helping them achieve their goals. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of prospects. You will be selling them a better life. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals are essential. Our Client Relations Specialist doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales experience is required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system, but we can’t teach you how to care about someone going through real estate fraud.
Real-life experience and a few “battle scars” providing empathy and understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.

We will judge success in this position by the following outcomes:
Engage 17 new clients for legal services each month or 4 a week with a closing rate of greater than 60%
Deliver sales reports, including reporting follow-up activity which are at least 99% accurate each week and month.
100% of new clients have signed engagement agreements and money collected before work begins
Implement our follow up strategies and sequences to 99% of clients who do not engage receive a follow-up call within five business days (or as scheduled in meeting)

In addition, for this position, the expected total compensation (including both base and incentive pay) for a salesperson who hits his goals is $120,000 annualized.
