● Perform initial screening of generated leads and identifying sales opportunities.
● Communicate with clients via phone and email and following up on leads.
● Understand clients’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
● Answer potential clients’ questions and sending additional information per email.
● Update and maintain the client database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients.
● Utilize CRM services to create call lists and note all activity for analysis and tracking.
● Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure client acquisition goals are met.
● Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
● Collaborate with Business Development team members to help strategize and hit sales goals.
