Looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

The candidate will get the opportunity to introduce a membership and coaching platform that creates lasting value and results for the clients.

You are a good fit for this role if you enjoy coaching, empowering people, inbound and outbound prospecting, scripting, structured follow-up, stats, and closing sales!

Mortgage industry experience is a plus.

This is an in-office position- Not remote


  • Outbound sales calls to warm leads.
  • Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
  • Product demos via zoom
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Qualify incoming leads and set appointments with the senior sales team


  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

$45,000 - $55,000 plus commission
