We’re looking for talented Inside Salespeople who enjoy talking on the phone with as many people as possible every day. If you have a willingness to do what it takes to succeed and love outbound prospecting, we want you to join our Inside Sales Team.

This position is an integral part of our sales team and is responsible for generating 80% of all new business on our team. What people love about this role is that they can make an incredible living, while working from home, No matter where they live.

The right individual will take ownership of the many, many outbound calling opportunities that our team has. They will record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. The right candidate has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity through outbound calling, appointment-setting, and revenue targets, and will respond efficiently to customers.

This position offers a base salary PLUS commission with a target compensation of $50,000 - $80,000 + Benefits (based on experience and performance).

Responsibilities
  • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
  • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
  • Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
  • Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication

  • This role allows for Remote at Home work with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. We also have an incredible office environment if you prefer to work in an office environment.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
  • Scheduling of appointments, e-mail communication, coordination, and outbound calling.

Qualifications
  • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
  • One year of work experience in sales
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 at plan commission
