Responsibilities

  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail & text communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying/selling opportunities.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue goals.
  • Responding efficiently to customer inquiries (inbound sales leads)
  • Qualify leads and be able to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to real estate agents.


Qualifications

  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken.
  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Be a team player who thrives working within a tight knit team, whose activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Positive, passionate, motivated and solution oriented.
  • Real estate experience is preferred.
  • KY Real Estate License is preferred.


Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
