IRBY is a rapidly growing real estate problem-solving firm looking for a Home Buying Specialist to join our ELITE team of IRBY professionals.

This IRBY professional is an experienced closer and aggressive salesperson who is motivated to crush their quotas. Daily life looks like traveling throughout the area meeting face-to-face with sellers to evaluate their property and deeply negotiate a signed contract, generating leads using your sphere of influence, and relentlessly following up with past offers. IRBY provides top-notch training on the process and details of calculating property conditions, repairs, and desirability. In order to be considered qualified, applicants will have business-to-consumer sales experience with proven negotiating skills. Home Buying Specialists are aggressive self-starters with a team-first mentality who can oversee and manage a high-volume pipeline. An active real estate license is not a requirement for initial hiring but will be required within 6 months of the start date.

  • Qualifying leads, setting appointments, and working the IRBY sales process to facilitate successful deals
  • Maintain detailed notes on each interaction with our clients in the company CRM
  • Focus on revenue-driving activities
  • Set weekly commitments and execute to achieve consistent productivity
  • Respond to leads quickly and effectively through various communication channels
  • Attend networking events and utilize social media and sphere of influence to grow investor base
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients
  • Commit to a growth mindset always pursuing excellence


  • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on positive solutions
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Must pass a background check
