Inside Sales Representative

Aries Electronics, Inc., an electronic connector/adapter manufacturer located in Bristol, Pa., is looking for a full-time, experienced Inside Sales Representative for our company. The Inside Sales Representative will play an integral role in customer relations, new order generation and sales retention. Qualified candidates should have impeccable communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, a friendly demeanor and the ability to retain and grow sales and customer satisfaction.

 This is a full-time in office position, with no ability for working remotely.

The major requirements and experience level required, but not limited to, are:

• Responsible for communicating with a new and existing global customer base
  
• Discuss new order customer requirements and specifications with new and existing customers to prepare quotations, provide technical information and answer any customer questions
  
• Contract review of customer quote requests with various required departments. Confirm costs, tooling and production capability to produce the parts to be ordered. Finalize, send and discuss quotes with the Reps and customers and answer any final questions.Follow-up quote requests until a final outcome is reached
  
• Enter orders, provide order acknowledgements, confirm expected delivery dates and confirm orders with quotes provided
  
• Confirm any product issues/rejections with customers and issue RMAs for returns
  
• Develop and provide pricing to Reps, Distributors and customers for standard and custom products
  
• Responsible for document control of Sales/Customer documents provided for quote and orders
  
• Potential travel for local customer visits and to attend and work trade shows
  
• Sales representative for ISO or customer audits
  
• Identify updates for the company website and work with appropriate companies to complete the updates
  
• Communicate and work with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving on a daily basis concerning any orders, returns or rejected product
  
• Develop new and repeat sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts or new product offerings to potential customers. Develop accounts by checking customers' buying history, suggesting related and new items and explaining technical features
  
• Customer and Rep communications on a daily basis for new and existing accounts through phone, fax, and e-mail inquiries
  
• Analyze competitor product information and trends to identifying new sales opportunities or product offerings
  
• Accomplish company department and organization goals set by ownership

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Associates degree required
• 3 years minimum Sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be capable of working on multiple projects, be detailed oriented and have document control experience
• Must be very focused, organized, reliable and be able to provide accurate detailed work and complete projects on time with minimal supervision
• Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.) and ERP software (Visual experience a plus) on a daily basis
• Customer service oriented
• Be a problem solver and an idea generator
