  • Your job as an inside sales person is to educate the consumer on the benefits of all our features, products and services so they can make an educated decision that fits their needs. This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who is goal-oriented and tenacious. 
  • Our sales team works within a competitive landscape, earning 30% more than the industry standard because we provide exceptional value and customer service to our clients. Our competitors (comparable to our solution) charge 3-8 times what we charge for similar software and services. 
  • We intentionally provide a more affordable solution so we can target a larger market and help agents and brokers grow their business. 
  • Compensation is a combination of salary and commission and is $100,000 at plan with no ceiling on your income. Part of the package also includes paid benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription as well as PTO.   • All positions are based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed monthly/annual sales quotas 
  • Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of sign up and convert them into sales 
  • Call database leads and convert them into sales 
  • Follow up on leads using Salesforce, Inside Sales Dialer, and other tools
  • Follow sales procedures 
  • Continually learn our product and our client’s needs 
  • Work on sales skills and handling objections with other salespeople on the team
Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience of selling Software/SaaS (B2B preferred) 
  • Experience operating within an innovative online product environment 
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry preferred 
  • MUST have strong background knowledge of using/selling software 
  • Professional on the phone, email and in person 
  • Ability to listen and identify the prospect's needs 
  • Ability to overcome objections and offer solutions 
  • Effective and continuous learner 
  • Impeccable integrity 
  • Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Goal oriented 
  • Strong set of outbound sales skills 
  • Exceptional closing skills

Compensation
$100,000 at plan (salary and commission) - no ceiling on income
