We’re hiring a motivated Follow-Up Sales Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for a team player who strives at reaching their goals. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with our clients. You must be coachable, results-oriented, think strategically, and build relationships with homeowners. If you provide top-level service and want to be a part of a well-paid, growing company, we would love for you to be a part of our acquisitions sales team!

Compensation: Low Base, High Commission, No Cap

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and collect information from prospective sellers
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Willing and able to learn our sales process
  • Continues coaching and training to improve sales and communication
  • Being on the phone following our scripts
  • Manage leads and follow up daily through a CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
  • Long-term, consistent follow up with sales prospects
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients
  • Generate leads for potential properties to purchase by networking
  • Identifying vacant properties in the area and following up on these leads
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide strategies to maximize profitable growth
  • Provide reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis

Qualifications

  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn and follow processes
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Sales/Phone sales experience

Compensation
$60,000 - $120,000 yearly
