In this role you will help home sellers and match them with our acquisitions managers for appointments. If you like a fast-paced environment and are outgoing and persistent, then being an Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative is right for you.

Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representatives will receive bonuses at close of escrow for every appointment they set that resulted in a contract.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls live.
  • Rapidly respond to online leads (FB messages and comments, SEO, FB, PPC).
  • Document all interactions within the company system and calendars for team communication.
  • Create a warm hand off for acquisitions to connect with seller leads.
Qualifications
  • Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Proactive.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Ability to use or quickly learn lead management technologies.
Compensation
$24,000 - $36,000 per year + bonuses
