This position is a stepping stone to becoming an agent. It is our expectation that you secure you real estate license while you are working in Inside Sales. Being an agent you will have the potential to make a six-figure income.

Income for the Inside Sales role is a combination of salary and bonuses with no ceiling on income. Base salary is $20,000 - $24,000 and the remainder is performance-based bonuses. 

Positions are based in Raleigh, NC. On target earnings is $60,000 but there is no ceiling on your income.


  • Majority of time is spent making outbound calls

  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling
