We are currently seeking Inside Sales Agents. The ISA will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for clients, all day every day, by contacting inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team
  • Build a pipeline of future clients and nurture those clients to build a relationship
  • The key to success is the plan we create together and following that plan
  • Engage with prospects constantly, so that you are top of mind
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling

Qualifications

  • Natural sales talent: Are you born to be a salesperson that has the ability to develop strong relationships with potential clients?
  • Action-oriented person that will put in the work required to achieve big goals
  • Thick skin: The ISA will face rejection frequently. Can you handle it and are you able to get back up quickly when knocked down?
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
  • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
  • Enjoys speaking with people by phone and text all day, every day - likes routine work and looks forward to the challenge of producing results from that hard work

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
