Looking for one El Dorado County Area telemarketer or real estate agent with experience. You will be following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls) and supporting one of the top real estate teams in the area.

Exceptional opportunity to earn at minimum $40,000 your first year with expectation you will earn $80,000 your second year. Must be able to check ego at the door and effectively represent the agent and team. 


This position is for experienced telemarketers who will love this chance to do well. If you have previously been successful, are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication and organizational skills, and could continue earning a good living in "regular" telemarketing, we are looking for you!  You will have a set number of hours and be totally free to enjoy time with family or other interests; Welcome the opportunity to focus on one sales function. Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in our datatbase.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents

  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

Compensation
Salary: $80,000+ at plan, commission
