We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to prospect on the phone to set appointments with both prospective buyers and sellers of real estate. We have more leads than we can handle and need devoted inside sales agent to call, prospect, and convert into buyer and listing appointments for our outside sales agents to convert into clients.

You will use your exceptional phone skills, sales skills and relationship-building ability to set appointments for some of the best real estate agents in the business.

The Outbound Sales Agent is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.

There is room for possible advancement and career growth within the Team as we grow into needing someone to fill a Sales Manager role. We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. We need a leader and someone who isn't scared to work hard, and help us build this important function and department of our growing team.

  • Developing and growing the Team’s client base through phone call prospecting and converting leads into appointments for our outside sales agents to convert into clients
  • Achieving productivity goals, appointment setting goals, and revenue goals while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and setting outbound listing appointments for the team with potential seller client prospects
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling appointments with potential clients
  • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Ability to follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Background in sales/marketing/customer service
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Has real estate license or is in the process of receiving
$45,000 at plan commission (includes a base plus commission)
