This is not a normal 9 - 5 position.

We are looking for someone who is looking to grind and hep grow the company.

We have big goals and high expectations! You will be generously rewarded for results. 

Receive a salary (plus commission!) in real estate while serving as an inside sales agent! This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone. There's no better way to create great wealth in a vibrant culture! The inside sales agent (ISA) serves as a hybrid of roles.

  • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say, the questions to ask and the various responses to prepare you for your phone conversations).
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and dedicated to systems.
  • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
  • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.
  • Must have a desire for a big life. 
We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious night/weekend schedule that pulls you out of your home. Responsibilities

  • Host weekly prospecting parties at the office to promote agent prospecting!
  • Teach agents phone scripts and turn them into CLOSERS!
  • Follow up and hold agents accountable on all company leads.
  • Be the expert on our CRM and train agents on how to use it to create more sales!
  • Create long term drip campaigns and prospecting plans to get referrals from our past clients.
  • Create a system of accountability for company leads.
  • Prospect Expireds and FSBO'S daily
  • Find new lead sources that can be prospected!
  • Track our monthly and YTD conversion rates and supply reports in meetings.

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Previous sales and lead management experience
  • Tech Savvy and good with computers
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
Compensation
$75,000 at Plan (includes $30K Base + Bonuses)
