Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven Inside Sales Manager!

The ideal candidate is passionate about achieving goals, is incredibly persuasive, thrives on results, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business.

Responsibilities

Management:

  • Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives teams
  • Coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales representatives' performance
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
  • Prepare call analysis reports and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual call/lead forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new communication processes
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Build an open-communication culture inside your team
  • Document lead flow processes and create department/role playbooks 
  • Creates/improves scripts and trains others on utilization
  • Management of contact database records with accuracy

Sales:

  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Maintain records in CRM database with current and accurate information of leads
  • Track and report KPIs

Qualifications

  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport.
