NewLook Realty Company – is hiring for an Inbound Lead Professional. NewLook Realty is growing and seeks an Inbound Lead professional with outstanding phone skills. This is a flex work position, working 40 hours per week, paid bi-weekly using a 1099.  After training you can work from home 1-3 days per week. Normal working hours for this position would be from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you.

We are looking for people who are self-starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be. This position will involve taking inbound calls from homeowners in Yolo and Sacramento County who have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to our Inbound Lead Coordinator to take those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property. In addition, our Inbound Lead Coordinator will attempt to gauge how motivated the callers are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information.

Finally, the Inbound Lead Coordinator sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (lead database) system by the Inbound Lead Coordinator.

The better you do to set up appointments, the more you will make. There is Profit Sharing on leads that produce contracts. Up to $150.00 per closed contract. 


  • Answer inbound calls as they are received   
  • Return any missed calls with 5 minutes   
  • Gather information from callers about their property (script provided)   
  • Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell   
  • Set appointment for Acquisition Manager   
  • Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base)   
  • Must be a team player and get along with other team members

  • Detailed knowledge not required and we can teach you any areas you don’t know

$24,000 / year base w/ bonus potential (40 hour work week)
