- We have more qualified leads than we can handle and therefore we need you!
- We have invested heavily in a non-duplicable marketing and leads system including the celebrity endorsement of Barbara Corcoran (from Shark Tank) and a guaranteed home sale program - if we don't sell the home we purchase it.
- The ideal person should be decisive, self-motivated and have a consultative style. We are looking for aggressive, competitive high performers who are persuasive, outgoing, people-persons.
- Income is a combination of salary and bonuses with no ceiling on income. On target earning is $65,000 however there is no ceiling on income.
- As an Inside Sales Agent for Limbird Real Estate Group, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify and follow up with buyer and seller leads. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and Buyer Specialists.
- This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Hold an active real estate license in the state of AR or willing to get one.
- Passionate about selling.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Must be a phone warrior.
$65,000+ at target - (base plus commission)
