Reach out to prospects, both warm and cold, to set appointments for our agents. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads to speak to one of our licensed agents for home buyer and seller consultations. Pay is base salary with bonuses for each appointment set. • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

Be in the office! This is a social job, we want you in the office with our agents and management team so we can more easily do live transfers on the phone. Don't worry though, we are a laid back office and prefer a work casual atmosphere. We take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves.

• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Two years of previous sales experience
