Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated Leads Manager/Inside Sales Agent with outstanding phone and organizational skills. Previous Real Estate Experience is not necessary but is preferred. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. This position will involve taking inbound calls and responding to web leads from homeowners in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas who are interested in selling their home. It is up to our Lead Manager/Inside Sales Agent to immediately respond to all leads and create instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property.



Responsibilities
  • You will work on building meaningful relationships with homeowners
  • You will help homeowners with any questions relating to the selling process
  • You will do consistent follow-up on Homeowners that are not ready to sell their homes
  • You will be creative in negotiating and finding solutions for all parties involved in the decision-making process for the selling of properties
  • You will work in collaboration with other departments as necessary to achieve company objectives
  • You will answer inbound calls immediately
  • You will enter all information gathered from homeowners into company CRM database
  • You will manage cold and warm leads through follow-up system
  • You will perform property research and prospecting to create new lead opportunities
  • You will make outbound, cold calls when not answering inbound calls
Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Is oriented towards personal growth and improvement
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Passionate about connecting people in need with helpful services
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated to take extreme ownership of role
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to close deals over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
