Commission Based Appointment Setting

Realistically earn $50,000+ in first 12 months!

This is a commission position. You can realistically make as much as you want if you train and execute the scripts provided.

The position pays 15% of the net commissions after brokerage fees.

This position is for the truly caring individual who understands client care and service at a high level. The individual chosen will be proven talent as shown by past experience and performance in client centric industries such as F&B, hospitality or call center customer care.

You will be the first point of contact on incoming and outgoing calls. The majority of your day will be on the telephone speaking with clients, prospects and team members.

Your day will be spent sharing information via telephone about open houses, new home listings, recently sold homes and special incentives with neighbors of our home listing clients.

Not a guarantee or an offer of compensation, this is a commission based position, your compensation is based on qualifying people and setting appointments for experienced sales people who will execute the deal.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with existing and past clients in order to discover their property desires
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customer
  • Develop business of home buyers and sellers through multiple channels as provided by the team and through new channels developed through you
  • Develop and set 10-15 appointments per week
  • Maintain a databank of prospects and clients
Qualifications
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Display persistence and resilience
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Helpful: Sales background, assertive closer
  • GRIT
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 at plan, commission based
