We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Qualifications
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $85,000 yearly
