We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
Compensation
$2 - $4 hourly
