We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Rep will assist in all aspects of the process by cultivating relationships, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about potential customers and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales specialists.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and maintain rapport with customers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
  • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our sales team is able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
Qualifications
  • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 (combination of salary plus bonus)
