The role of the Inside Sales Coordinator to assist the sales staff of Quest Buildings with advertising and marketing of properties that are under contract. Dispositions will work closely with the Outside Sales Representatives in obtaining new leads, and formally showing properties to prospective buyers. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for negotiating sales prices with buyers and growing the company’s buyers list. 

This is a commission based position and a high volume lead office.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize marketing platforms to advertise all properties
  • Schedule and attend showings for prospective buyers
  • Traveling to various locations within an hour radius of Philadelphia
  • Confirm offers from buyers have been received
  • Maintain the company’s buyers list
  • Negotiate pricing under direction of the Department Head
  • Advertise properties to Private Lenders as instructed
  • Prepare contracts and addendum's
  • Ad-hoc projects from Upper Management
Qualifications
  • Prior real estate sales experience a plus
  • Sales experience is required
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Personal laptop
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance required
Compensation
$35,000 - $65,000 at plan commission
