The primary responsibility of this role is to network and develop new business relationships with clients while marketing, negotiating, and selling properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company. 

You will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside a top-shelf team learning the ins and outs of selling at a consultative level! We’ll need you to mine the curated database that we’ve cultivated over the past 30 years. Your help in segmenting the database to go after the right candidates looking to upsize, downsize or simply invest in their next big purchase, will be a top priority for our team! 

At the Dan Cooper Group, we’re looking for someone who can establish, promote and maintain the company's brand to generate business. As our Inside Sales Concierge, your someone who enjoys working in a team setting that has the knack to close a handful of incoming and outbound leads placing them into the appropriate follow-up bucket until sold! Think of your role as a liaison officer pointing our clients to the network of resources they require during the real estate sales process. Your role is to heighten the client experience making sure we’re always helping our clients build wealth in real estate. 


As the Inside Sales Concierge, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads through making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. To be successful in the role, we’re looking for someone who has sales and marketing acumen demonstrated by education. You thrive in a busy environment and are comfortable juggling lots of projects at one time. You’re able to work on your own but love collaborating with others too.

You understand and value different strategies required to connect with clients to help them understand why choosing our real estate agency is the best option for them. Do you have a strong grasp for consistently following up, love to start new conversations online and are naturally curious about all things sales related? Are you an independent thinker, have solid decision-making skills, and can deliver effective lead generation techniques to rally the team behind your vision and creativity? We want you to apply!

The successful Inside Sales Concierge must also be well organized with strong interpersonal skills, writing and presentation skills, real estate marketing understanding and possess technical proficiency in a variety of everyday software programs, including those integral to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • You can use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date and enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis for information to move through the listing and closing process
  • You enjoy hunting, managing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • You can effectively track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • You’re always looking for continuous improvement of process and procedures; you help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue 
  • You create new buyer contacts in order to grow our existing buyers list
  • You’re constantly monitoring of available properties and status along the sales process
  • You provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • You assist the company with miscellaneous projects as needed


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Sales experience preferred, with a natural sales ability, including effective negotiation skills
