We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented, highly-organized individual with strong communication skills to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Agent (Client Care Specialist), your day will be spent fielding incoming leads from a variety of sources, and prospecting through our existing database to generate opportunities. Our ISAs earn a base hourly rate, plus a tiered bonus structure which is paid out every bi-weekly pay period. New ISAs have the opportunity to earn special bonuses during their initial 90-day ramp-up period if certain KPIs are met. The shift that we are looking for is Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-5 p.m.
Compensation: $33,280 base, plus $10,000 - $30,000 estimated bonus
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Qualifying leads by asking questions
- Cultivating relationships with long-term follow-up
- Setting appointments for our Real Estate Agents
