We have an open position on our growing Real Estate Team in Tempe, AZ. Right now the position is for 20-25 hours a week and there is bonus potential. 

The Business Development Center is the engine for our team's growth. Reps assist in prospecting for and acquiring new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. As a Rep you will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing inquiries in our database. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximize effectiveness. Reps need to be competitive, ready to take on challenges with drive and tenacity to exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets to create wealth for themselves and the team they are on.

  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Decisive and proactive.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Tech Savvy.
$10.00/hr + monthly bonus
