Our Real Estate Business is bursting at the seams and we are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to become a part of our growing team. We are interested in speaking with the best and those that can prove it. Earn $30,000 if you are average, $50,000 if you are good, $100,000 if you are great. This is in the real estate industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds (although obtaining a real estate sales license is required). We are a fast-paced office in Tampa, FL with a superb reputation and a coveted brand.


Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know. Will train someone who has everything we want. Must be awesome at getting appointments from warm and cold leads, which will be provided.  Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a superb closer. You must be a polished professional, a positive person, a great communicator having empathy for your client’s concerns and a passion for real estate.

Applicant must be highly self-motivated, an outstanding organizer, quick learner of multiple platforms, with good word processing and computer skills. If you are tech savvy this is the position for you. We need individuals who must be able to handle non-stop calling, talking to seller prospects, convert appointments for agents, and maintain an ever-growing database. If you like to bang on the phones and sell - this is the position for you. Schedule will be set but can be flexible. Your confidentiality is assured.


Responsibilities

  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by the real estate team.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken.
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.

Compensation

$50,000+ (includes salary plus commission)
