The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. With your winning attitude and engaging conversation, this might be an ideal role.

• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads.
• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
• Match the right clients with the right agents based on their personalities.
• This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building.
• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day.
• Report activity and results on a daily basis.
• Outbound Calling.

• Show Accountability in the work.
• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching.

• 2+ years of real estate sales experience or pursuing.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outbound calling experience and a desire to succeed.
• Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator.
