We have more qualified leads than we can handle and therefore we need you! Due to growth, The Joe Manausa Real Estate Team has a unique opportunity for 8 talented inside salespeople.

Why consider joining our team? We have a non-duplicable marketing and lead generation system that provides endless leads for you to work by advertising on radio, television and in movie theaters. In addition, we have the celebrity endorsement of real estate mogul and Shark Tank personality, Barbara Corcoran. We also have a guaranteed home sale program. Simply put, if we don't sell a home we will buy it!

The ideal candidate is a competitive, TEAM-PLAYER. We are looking for aggressive, high performers who are great at LISTENING.

Compensation is a combination of salary and bonuses with no ceiling on income. Base salary ranges from  $30,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience and talent) and the remainder is a profit-sharing bonus paid quarterly. In addition, we cover 100% of our employees' healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Majority of time is spent making outbound calls
  • Handle all inbound leads
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets
  • ACTIVELY LISTENING to customers needs and responding appropriately in order to SERVE them best.
