- Live answer all inbound seller leads during normal office hours
- Pre-screening inbound calls based on seller motivation level and property details in an effort to schedule appointments
- Lead nurture and follow up using company CRM
- Outbound calling to follow-up with prospective sellers
- Enter all seller leads into company CRM
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience - telephone experience preferred
- Looking for candidates who are eager and willing to grow within the company
- Real Estate experience is a plus, not a requirement
