We are highly focused in partnering with 2-3 Inside Sales Associates ( ISA ) who want an uncapped income potential and who are driven by the online lead conversion process. The ideal ISA is passionate about growing sales through sales conversion over the phone. They are energized when converting leads (over the phone) and have a successful track record of taking ownership of the lead to appt sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to exceed sales goals ( not just achieve ), appointment setting, and revenue targets while still effectively creating an experience that our future clients would want to experience when working with our real estate team.


An Albritton Inside Sales Associate ( ISA ) is one of the most important roles on our team. The ISA is committed to achieving results ( driving sales through online lead conversion ) by converting incoming phone and internet leads into qualified appointments for our outside sales agents.The ideal candidate knows what they want, will love being on the phone, and they will consistently drive sales higher each day, week, month, and year.

Our newest ISA's will convert lead opportunities into qualified appointments using our proven model, processes, and scripts. You will prospect/acquire new clients on a daily basis from inbound lead sources, as well as generate your own leads through outbound prospecting ( if needed ) using various databases provided by our team. You will drive all aspects of our lead to the appointment conversion process through consistent follow-up, cultivating/ setting appointments, and through the management of our lead opportunities in our CRM ( contact relationship management system ).

  • Prioritization of opportunities and 1 minute or less response time ( Prompt )
  • Seek first to understand and then build value to overcome objections and set up the outside agent for success ( qualify )
  • Consistently maintain high conversion rates through leads into appointments set ( Conversion )
  • Follow-up w/ team and clients after the appointment is set and stay in contact until the client relationship has been secured
  • Track progress, and report accurate numbers to Team Lead / ALWAYS know your numbers


  • 2 years or more with sales experience ( ideally inbound lead conversion ) 
  • Ability to work independently in the office without supervision or the need to be around others in the office. Highly focused to succeed and convert incoming leads into appointments. 
  • Urgently Responsive to Calls, Phone / Desktop Notifications, text, and emails. PROMPT.
  • Ability to be held accountable by tracking numbers effectively for results
  • Practices memorize and executes scripts effectively ( a no is a later yes ) 
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about selling on the phone
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Decisive and proactive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) while building rapport - people must want to do business with you
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to build rapport, set / close appointments over the phone ( a clear phone voice ) 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. Follow our process. It works!
