Our busy mortgage office is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a telemarketer full-time. This role is a perfect fit for a friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people and is comfortable talking on the phone.
This role requires you to work closely with real estate agents to set appointments with loan officers, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and create an organized system for agents to gather client referrals. A script is provided for you, but you'll need to think on your feet to respond to client questions and concerns. A strong ability to multitask is a must. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience working in a phone sales or outbound cold calling role - previous mortgage and inside sales experience would be helpful but not required.

- Conduct phone calls to set appointments for real estate agents with loan officers
- Achieve quotas for weekly appointment setting for real estate agents
- Use a script on phone calls to inform clients about products, prices, features, and their benefits
- Build and maintain a system for gathering referrals from past clients
- Provide answers to client questions about all product and services or direct to proper channel
- Prefer a working knowledge of software including Microsoft Word and Google Docs along with basic computer skills
- This position requires a computer that can be used for work and access to the internet
- Must have a high-quality headset with a microphone
- High school diploma or a degree of its equivalent (GED) is required
- Work experience in phone sales and outbound cold calling of 1 year year is required
$15 - $18 hourly
