The ideal candidate should be comfortable connecting with others virtually and have a minimum of 2 years of phone sales experience - as this is a 100% phone-based position. - Develop our client base by growing relationships with real estate agents and consumers in designated geographic areas
- Ensure sales goals are met by tracking monthly and quarterly sales performance goals and key metrics
- Pursue prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communications to add them to the sales pipeline and convert more qualified mortgage leads
- Cultivate and maintain a current and past client database with organized information on all leads
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so loan officers can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- H.S. diploma or GED is a must - bachelor’s desired
- Displays strong initiative to build systems, stay on task, and finish multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong understanding of the sales process
- Needs experience entering personal information into client databases
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
