We’re hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
  • Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data

  • Convert inbound/outbound calls
  • Prequalify leads and build excitement for the next stage of the customer journey

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
  • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
  • Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
  • One year of work experience in sales
Compensation
$21 - $28 hourly
