This is a vital role in our company, as this person will be the first point of contact when homeowners inquire about selling us their homes. 

Experience in the field of real estate or law is not required. However, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate confidence and compassion, where listening is more important than talking, as well as being able to take copious notes of what you hear and learn about situations faced by the lead, with the goal being to set an appointment to have a company-based buyer go to the lead’s house to make an offer.

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission $60,000 Yearly Expected Earnings

• Maintaining a daily log concerning leads
• Responding to leads immediately via phone and email
• Following up, constant and consistent contact with leads
• Updating lead profile with data collected by a buyer who attended an appointment
• Maintaining communication with VA lead manager
• Researching facts concerning leads (you will be trained)
• Data concerning the property
• Value opinions concerning the property
• Pulling data concerning the seller and the property via county records

• Real estate and or sales experience would is preferred but not necessary
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including using Microsoft word and excel, using email, and navigating websites, while being able to talk and type at the same time
• Highly detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• People-oriented - Enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and talking on the phone.
• Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations and make appropriate decisions autonomously
