We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who excels at making personal connections with potential clients on the phone. This is a sales role, setting appointments for our team. We will provide training and scripts to ensure success in the role. The potential candidate will bring a collaborative mentality and a positive attitude as well as attention to detail and a love of systems.


  • Schedule appointments for Listing Agents, Buyers Specialist, etc.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads, calling 6 times in 6 to 10 days, or until contact is made and appointments are set
  • Prospect for new clients calling on: Expireds/FSBOs, Buyers, Sphere of Influence for referrals, Past Clients / Database, Just Listed / Just Sold, Open Houses, Cold Calling/ Circle Prospecting
  • Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospect/s
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage service
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners
  • Make at least 250 calls to team leads per week (part-time) or 500 calls to team leads per week (full-time)
  • Note/log all communication within CRM
  • Set and manage appropriate follow-up tasks for each lead
  • Set all appointments only with a CC agent, unless given permission by leadership to refer out
  • Always introduce customers to CC-preferred lenders and other vendors as necessary
  • ISA is expected not to act as an agent while they are in the ISA role
  • Inside Referrals are NOT allowed for team-owned leads, but ARE permitted for the ISA’s PCSOI leads
  • Maintain an up-to-date lead tracking spreadsheet to measure the lead conversion ratio
  • Appointments will be tracked via tracking spreadsheet AND relevant tags in CRM (EX: “ISA Commission - X%” and “Appointment Set By [Insert ISA Name]”)
  • Attend all team meetings and relevant training sessions unless excused by approved vacation, appointment, etc.
  • Commit to a set number of coverage hours a week and appointments set may be outside of those coverage hours
  • Call in during the event of an illness or appointment
  • Give a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for vacations or other travel


  • Currently Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in the state of GA
  • Willing to commit to the ISA role for minimum 6 months
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
  • Excellent customer service and listening abilities
  • Strong relationship-building know-how
  • Effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software
  • Strong sales ability
  • Experience with the following tools is a plus: KW Command (for compliance), Follow Up Boss (Main CRM), Ylopo, Virtual ISA, Gmail, Google Suite

$1,500 per month base salary + commission paid on closings from appointments set (Commission paid equals 5% of the gross commission income)
