As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Able to communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and clients, in both written and verbal form
  • Able to block out distractions in order to truly listen to the conversation that is occurring
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads
  • Respond to internet inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours
  • Actively prospect for new leads by calling expired listings, for sale by owners, and circle prospecting
  • Make 100-200 outbound calls per day
  • Willing to spend 90% of workday on telephone
  • Distribute leads and set appointments for Buyer and Listing Specialists
  • Track leads and ensure they are followed-up within a timely manner
  • Manage contact database by inputting contacts, implementing “drip” campaigns, and calling leads/past clients to follow-up/ask for referrals
  • Measure conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Current Michigan Real Estate License required (Willing to obtain if not currently licensed)
  • 2+ years of cold calling experience and a proven track record of results
  • 1+ years of real estate experience
  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts
  • Have a working knowledge of auto-dialers, CRMs, multiple listing services and Google apps/calendar
  • Willing to be held accountable for results
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Active, engaged team player
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, strong phone voice
  • Organized, systematic, detail-oriented
  • Works well under pressure
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary

Compensation
$30,000 Base, plus commissions
