Premier Pacific Investments is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist our growing Real Estate Investment Team in Anaheim, CA. 

You will be the first point of contact for our seller. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will prospect for and acquire new seller leads on a daily basis from the various outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. 

You will obtain critical information about seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified sellers for the Acquisitions Buying Manager. No previous real estate experience is required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful and  committed person with motivation to succeed at a high level.

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business via outbound cold calling.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial objectives. 
  • Follow simple, no pressure scripts to deliver the value proposition and handle objections. 
  • Obtain critical lead information from outbound cold calling activities and schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Buying Manager.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
Qualifications
  • Ability to handle heavy cold calling volume; extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.  
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills. 
  • Is dynamic, articulate, well-spoken and can memorize simple scripts. 
  • Independent, strong work ethic and self-motivated. 
  • Positive, enthusiastic and solutions oriented. 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM) 
  • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff. Must be versatile in taking on other administrative duties as assigned. 
  • Wants more for themselves than just a bi-weekly salary.
Compensation
$30,000 Base + Commission (up to $40,000 expected annually, with bonus)
