The Inside Sales Associate make phone calls, qualify leads and mine for data in our database. The ISA should be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling. The individual will be responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.

The individual will be meeting and exceeding sales metrics as well as tracking their results in regular accountability meetings. The individual should have excellent organizational and database management skills.

You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Real estate experience not required however you must have a real estate license to perform this role
  • Inside sales associates will be responsible for making outbound calls using our state of the art systems to set appointments for our team of agents (Realtors) to meet with clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate
  • Conduct on-going training and role play
  • Ensure the pipeline remains full with qualified leads and opportunities
  • May periodically conduct “door knocking” effort to secure leads

  • Work closely and collaboratively with team members in marketing to coordinates lead generation campaigns
  • Proactively engage team members to follow up with prospects
  • Develop new, innovative methods to engage our customer base and potential new customers
  • Must be persistent, have a positive attitude and energetic

Compensation
$38,000 - $65,000, base salary plus commission
