Our Client Care Inside Sales Specialist will serve as an essential part of The Dallas-Fincham Team. You will help to maintain, build, nurture, and manage our large database of clients who have helped us to become one of the premier real estate teams in Western PA! You will be answering and making daily calls/inquiries about our properties and services, following up with potential clients, fostering relationships, and staying in touch with our current clients to give the best customer service possible. You will also be using technology to ensure our client's questions and requests are answered promptly. You will call our old leads to try to convert the leads for our agents. Helping agents grow their business. This office is also brand new and has a fun and upbeat work atmosphere.

Willingness to get Real Estate license a plus! This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door and learn how to become a Real Estate agent from some of the best!

Hourly wage plus bonus on conversion. Hours can be set to any schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to potential clients by answering calls and inquiries regarding current listings; buyers seeking agents; Expireds/FSBOs; just listed/just sold postcards; general questions from our website; for sale signs; marketing materials
  • Call past clients in order to stay updated on their real estate needs and obtain referrals
  • Respond to leads assigned promptly and professionally
  • Act as a point of contact for future clients
  • Help our agents grow their business
  • Have a general desire to help clients
  • Manage our top-notch CRM database system
  • Coordinate with our real estate agents & office support staff
  • Communicate client needs to management
  • Conduct 20-25 hours of lead follow-up per week
  • Practice and implement scripts provided
  • Attend training/coaching sessions
  • Conduct role-playing sessions
  • Join all Team meetings that are recommended
  • Complete other assignments as directed

Qualifications

  • Able and willing to be on the phone multiple hours per day
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Taking detailed and descriptive notes
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to effectively listen to clients
  • Consistency and persistence towards goals
  • Strong people skills and a passion for helping others
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Ability to learn computer and phone applications
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Attention to detail is a must

Compensation
$11 - $14 hourly
