Our Client Care Inside Sales Specialist will serve as an essential part of The Dallas-Fincham Team. You will help to maintain, build, nurture, and manage our large database of clients who have helped us to become one of the premier real estate teams in Western PA! You will be answering and making daily calls/inquiries about our properties and services, following up with potential clients, fostering relationships, and staying in touch with our current clients to give the best customer service possible. You will also be using technology to ensure our client's questions and requests are answered promptly. You will call our old leads to try to convert the leads for our agents. Helping agents grow their business. This office is also brand new and has a fun and upbeat work atmosphere.
Willingness to get Real Estate license a plus! This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door and learn how to become a Real Estate agent from some of the best!
Hourly wage plus bonus on conversion. Hours can be set to any schedule that works for you.
